The Freedom Automotive Body Shop
Freedom's body shop is under the management of John Miller. All the major insurance companies approve Freedom's collision repair shop. We use exclusively PPG paint products, no cheap or inferior paints. Our attention to detail produces consistently excellent finished repairs. The body technicians are I-CAR certified, and both John and Janice hold several certifications each. I-CAR is the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, a coalition of manufacturers, insurance companies and the repair industry that sets standards for repair procedures and refinish techniques that will insure a top quality repaired vehicle. (For more about I-CAR visit: www.i-car.com)
Warranty
Freedom Automotive honors most extended warranty plans including the General Motors Protection Plan and other manufacturers extended plans. Our warranty for all of our service or repairs is 12 months or 12,000 miles, unless otherwise stated on our repair order. In some cases the warranty may be much longer.
Who Works On Your Car?
The auto repair technicians at Freedom are ASE certified. The National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence provides a standard for certification and conducts testing for all areas of automotive repair, from basic engine service to high tech electronics and computer systems. John is an ASE certified master technician with additional certifications in advanced engine performance systems (computer and emission controls). All of the technicians at Freedom hold certifications in the areas they service and all are continually training to increase their skill level. (Click here for more about the ASE certification program: www.asecert.org)
What Do We Know About Your Car?

Freedom uses the ALLDATA system to keep up with all the information necessary to repair today's cars. The information system uses 35-CD ROM's to store the data needed and is updated every 3 months. Without a system such as this it would be almost impossible to store the service manuals necessary to have all the data on today's cars. A particular benefit of the system is being able to access all the technical service bulletins and recalls for your car. For more information about the ALLDATA system visit: www.alldata.com.
Investigating Auto Problems
Freedom makes use of every source of information they can find to fix your car.
One of the best is the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration.
Here they can find ongoing investigations of problems with any car sold in America
and sometimes the answer for a particularly trying problem with a car in the shop.
Commercial Fleet Service
