Over the past decade almost everything in our lives has changed. It is no different in the auto repair business. It is not just the technology of automobiles that has changed, it is also what our customers want, expect and need from us.
Our National trade organization, the Automotive Service Association (ASA), does a pretty good job of keeping track of the latest trends in our industry, however, we thought that it might serve our customers better if we went right to the source for information.
