I am writing to thank you for the superb job you and your people did recently to
repair the collision damage to my 2001 BMW 330i. In particular, I would like to
acknowledge the effort you took to satisfy the concerns that I had after I
received the car back from the initial period that it was in your shop.
As you know, I was very concerned about the damage to my car. Although the
"fender bender" damage was not extensive, the car is relatively new, and I was
torn between having the body repair work done by you (based on prior good experience)
versus at Momentum BMW (no prior personal experience). After the initial period
where you did a very good job of fixing the physical damage, I noticed a number
of small flaws in the paintwork and couldn't help thinking that I should have taken
the car to the dealership. I was nervous about having to argue with you about these
small flaws, but I needn't have been, as you quickly acknowledged the issues and
rectified them. Having inspected the fmal product in great detail, I can confidently
state that the refinish is spotless and the car has been restored to the condition
it was in prior to the accident.
To conclude, I am very pleased with your work and will be very happy to provide
a reference to anyone who has questions on your body shop's abilities, including
results with premium automobiles.

I had a question about an 02 sensor on another car, and in a minute she had
a video playing for me on that tablet PC. I also really liked the tests you
guys ran for me without charge. I'm very happy to find you guys. I listen to
the show, but I never realized your shop was the one from the radio.

I am writing to let you know that I appreciate Freedom Automotive for its
great service. You will, I'm sure, recall that Freedom put a new motor in
my car, a 1996 Toyota Avalon. We thought the problems were resolved; but
every few days the engine light would come on, and I would have to bring
my car back. After you were aware of the situation, you stepped in and replaced
my catalytic converter at no charge to me.
I want you to know how I appreciate that. By that point, I had become quite
frustrated. In fact, I was having to defend the workmanship at Freedom to my
coworkers, who were questioning why I continued to take my car to Freedom.
Then, you stepped in and resolved the problem, at no cost to me. My friends
and coworkers were able to see why I defended Freedom and my choice to continue
to take my car to you.
I, also, want to commend Luis for his courteous demeanor and attention to customers.
He has always been professional, even at those times that I was most frustrated.
Please convey my appreciation to him.
I will continue to choose Freedom Automotive and recommend it to others.
